Terms of Service
Orders are final upon placement. Sacred produces each object individually; allow 10 days from order confirmation for dispatch.

Objects may be returned within 9 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unaltered condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Exchanges are not offered.
Returns only.

If an object arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic documentation. Sacred will repair or replace the object at no additional cost.

Custom orders are made to specification and are final. No returns or cancellations once production has begun.
