Objects may be returned within 9 days of receipt. To be eligible, the object must be in original, unaltered condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are not offered.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

To initiate a return, contact us at mark@sacred.cloud with your order details.

If your object arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic documentation. Sacred will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
